Another PR today!!!! 95lb front squat...plus I climbed higher on the ropes than I ever had, and I used a green band for all my pullups...I did not finish the workout, but I worked my ass off...literally...

9 deadlifts 115lbs (all sets unbroken)
12 pullups
completed 3 rounds plus 12 pullups and rope climb
