Believe and act as if it were impossible to fail.

CROSSFIT
5 sets of 3 pullups - delay 3 seconds going down
I used a green band for assistance becuase I have yet to be able to do a "real" pullup unassisted.

TABATA MASHUP - 20 seconds jumping pull ups, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds jumping squats, 10 seconds rest x8
I did 121 jumping pullups and 78 squat jumps.

BREAKFAST
1 banana, 2 oz mixed nuts

LUNCH
leftover panang curry with spaghetti squash

SNACK
Banana, apple, 2oz nuts

DINNER
Salad with chicken, side of honey ginger dressing
